The Early Childhood Education and Care Department (ECECD) and WESST are partnering to offer no-interest, no-fee loans that help child care providers bridge the gaps in Universal Child Care. With support from CRECER, this program makes affordable financing available to providers ready to make significant investments in their businesses and communities.
CRECER is a business support initiative for providers that want to grow high-quality child care.
